We accept practitioners, advanced degree holders, and recognized authorities in their field. A minimum of 3 years of active domain experience is required. Academic credentials are a strong signal but not mandatory — demonstrated expertise matters most.
How much time do I need to commit?
Projects are flexible and asynchronous. Most experts contribute 5–20 hours per week, though you set your own availability. You can accept or decline any project invitation.
What does the work actually involve?
Tasks vary by project: evaluating model outputs for accuracy, writing domain-specific prompts and responses, annotating data, or providing structured expert feedback. All tasks are clearly scoped before you accept.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment is issued within 14 days of task completion and approval. We support direct deposit (US) and international wire transfer. Minimum payout threshold is $100.
